Q. Are there any order limitations?
A. Your artist shop supports orders of any size. Be it 1 or 100, we manufacture and deliver them all.
Q. How much money can I make?
A. You can set your own pricing and control the profits of your products.
Q. Do I keep my design rights?
A. Yes, you keep all rights to your design of your artist shop.
Q. How do I start?
A. You just need to upload your design on products in your artist shop & voila!
Q. How much does an Artist shop cost?
A. Its 100% free to sign up as an artist and create your own Artist shop.
Q. How & when do I get paid?
A. All earnings are paid out monthly via Bank transfer.
Q. What products can I sell on my Artist shop?
A. You can choose from a wide variety of products ranging from apparel to accessories and stationary to home décor.
Q. Who handles the shipping & customer service?
A. We handle production, packing, shipping, payments, returns & customer queries. You just have to focus on marketing your shop and selling your designs.
Q. What countries are supported?
A. We deliver all over Pakistan and will start entertaining international orders very soon.
Q. Order Statuses
Pending: Orders which have been placed by the customers but never get confirmed by the customer. Whenever a customer places an order, our customer service team confirms the order by calling them.
Confirmed/Processing: The customer has confirmed the order via Call, and the order is in the production.
Canceled: Those orders which have been canceled by the customers or customers are not responding to the calls or messages. Or the order was mistakenly placed, or Fake order.
Dispatched: Those orders which have been dispatched by The Warehouse.
Completed: When the customers pay for the order and courier company pays are back that amount, then we mark it as complete.
Returned: Those orders in which customers have returned from their doorstep without unpacking the packaging.
Q. How much time does it take the design to be approved?
A. It takes at least 48 hours to a design to be approved or disapproved.
Q. When Profit gets added in the wallet?
A. Profit of order is added to the wallet when the respective order gets completed. “Completed” status shows that the customer has paid for the order.
Q. How do I customize a product?
A. When you upload a design, it automatically is shown on the mockup with a 30% percent zoom. You need to customize each art by clicking on the specific product separately.
Q. Can I change the color of a product?
A. Yes, you can change the color of a product as well by clicking on Color Swatches, you can also enter RGB numbers or Color code.
Q. What should be the design format and pixels?
A. The design should be in PNG or JPEC format with 4200 x 4800 pixels (minimum 2000 x 2000 pixels) 300 ppi.
Q. What is a design description?
A. Design description is a brief explanatory content about a specific product which also helps with search engine rankings of the product. It needs to be unique and cannot be repeated/copied/plagiarized.
Q. Can design description remain the same for all my products?
A. NO, if you upload repeated descriptions in each artwork, on one hand, the design will get rejected and it will not be visible on Google as well.
Q. How to upload a tag?
A. The product creation gives an option for uploading tags. Your tags should always be related to designs.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Credit Card payments.
Q. How much time it takes for delivery?
A. The warehouse understand that time is money for you. We shipped all orders within 1 day after confirmation. it will take anywhere from 3-5 days for the item to reach you.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. You can return/exchange undamaged products in original packaging within 7 days. To do so, please fill our Return Product Form.(click here)
Q. My orders dispatched but no profit added to wallet?
A. Profit is added to the wallet when the order gets completed. “Dispatched” status shows that order has been dispatched from our warehouse and still in its way to the destination.
