A. We offer 30-days return policy if only the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

A. We are currently delivering worldwide and the customer has to pay the shipping cost. Please note, shipping cost varies depending on the customer's location.
Q. Can I ask for a change or refund?
A. If the case is genuine, we offer a 30-days refund policy: you can buy the product and if you are unsatisfied, you can return it within 7-days.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours by contacting our customer support team.
Q. What if I receive a wrong product or a product in bad conditions?
A. All products purchased from www.thewarehouse.pk can be exchanged within 30 days only if the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery or the item does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had purchased. The duration of return processes varies depending on your location. Purchases made in The Warehouse studio may only be exchanged or returned in a studio located in Karachi.

A. If you are interested in any of our products and wish to purchase it, please add the item in your Shopping Bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. You will be asked for your credit card information or Cash on delivery at the end of the checkout process.
