Exchange and Return Policy - The Warehouse
At thewarehouse, we offer exchanges for custom products under the following conditions:
Eligibility:
. Exchanges must be requested within 3 Days of delivery.
. Products must be unused, in original condition, and not personalized with names or custom designs.
Exchange Fee:
A 50% restocking fee will apply to all exchanges for custom-made items.
Process:
. WhatsApp us at 0326-5510088 to request an exchange.
. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Processing:
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll produce and ship the new product within 7 working days.
No Return/Refund Policy
Since all our products are made-to-order from scratch, we do not offer returns or refunds. Please ensure your order details are accurate before finalizing your purchase.
