Have sent the mugs back as the printing was not up to mark but I guess your staff thinks otherwise .. I have ordered multiple giveaways mugs etc for my company and it’s the first time I heard such a thing as oh the printing is not always proper it gets faded at the end. Then guess you need to invest in a new printing machine . My gone to waste and no help from your staff .. so you can enjoy the faded mugs as you have lost a client for good

Very bad quality of printing of mug... I had ordered it to gift someone however the quality is so bad that I can't even gift... I had previous purchases from TWH and the quality used to be better... Highly disappointed and if possible would want a reorder if not refund please

The quality of product was good, but I wanted double side printing, like two sides of mug should have different quotes.
